Cool game. It kicked off with the Scandinavian Defense, and White played super clean and natural—developing pieces fast and castling early. Black wasn’t terrible but seemed a bit slow with moves like ...a6 and ...Nb6, which gave White some breathing room.
You could really feel the pressure building on the kingside as White’s pieces started eyeing Black’s king. And then boom—right on move 15, White swoops in with Qh7#, a classic mating net that Black just couldn’t escape. It’s a perfect example of how quick development and a sharp eye for attacking chances can end the game before it even really begins.
Honestly, sometimes these quick mates catch people off guard, especially when king safety isn’t top priority. A really satisfying finish and a great reminder to always watch your back rank and be mindful of early threats.
