His content is a training manual, par excellence.
There's a long list of coaches here - just type "coaches" in the Search field
Also, in St Louis there must be a bunch of local coaches. Ask around.
He wants free lessons.
my coach is a expert and is free and actually does work hard to try and help me so there are some nice people out there
yeah i know a few at the st louis chess club and schoolastic center but they all charge and i am REALLY tight on money(i want to go to nationals so i need to save 500ish dollars... i just need a break haha
well thats just it my school dost have enough money to send the team(budget is tight at my school for a while since last year) so thats why im saving to go on my own... plus i am self tought so far and i am better than the chess coach at school(no offence to him hes a cool guy) which is why i need some coaching/lessons
no other of the guys or girls on the team are going(acept maybe one) but hes unsure if he can afford it
yeah i play better than my rating (belive it or not i am rated 591 in the USCF, but i started heavy study a year after i actually started completing so i sucked for like 8 tournaments next month will be the first one i compete in with my new skill... and library wise no ive checked their is none at the public library and at school there are some but none i can benifit from(books like bobby fischer teach chess) which i read when i first started. so books are out of the question
ummm haha looks like the chess gods are frowning on me today haha the closest book store is 9 miles away and my mom dosnt drive -_- and its a small one by the hospital which ive been in and there was only chess for dummies(i was gonna buy it but it was all rookie stuff.) so at this point of my learning block what should i be doing to get my skill moving again since books and coaching isnt looking so good for me

You could look to download some ebooks, there's lots out there for free.
Do you have name of websites wherein I will get free ebooks download
I don't use them, but I have seen other members post sources.
However, a short google search reveals:

i have reached a block in my skill increase and i think i would benifit more from a personal lesson... or at the least someone to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses so i can see where i need room for improvement. if you could do some lessons with me it would be great!
