OPenings of French are damn cramped and boring. So I hate it.
French Defense, weak?

Same here!
Well still french is solid opening!!
But the main thing question arises!
how can i make my rapid development!
and for a tactical or aggressive player french is not a good option!!

Boring to you is exciting to me. I play Sicilian, sorry I don't play e5 as Black. Sicilian is all about pushing pawn to d5, either you play Najdorf or Dragon. In French, white can play so many variations as 3rd move. There comes the excitement. Because white tries to break Black pawn structure, and Black counter it.
Look at this game, and tell me it's boring.

Well, that is because you made it boring. Not surprisingly, playing some symmetrical variation can be the most drawish setup in chess.
Black should avoid nonsense, and play some strategical imbalence like the one below.

Interesting, and full of ideas. thanks.

I love it when my opponent finds an opening boring! That usually means that I'm the one who's going to be having all the fun. Imagine trying to defend a position that you don't like, and having to play against it for four hours!
If you're bored with that position, it just means that I already have a psychological advantage!

Against the French I play this...
I play the exact same line. I think 12...Be7 is really cooperative.12..qb4 is much more annoying. If I am not mistaken,12..Qb4 13.Qc2 ..Qc5 14. Bxh7?! leads to a desireable endgame for black by just playing 14...Qxc2 15. Bxc2 which restores material equality except black has a passed d-pawn in queenless middlegame. How do you normally deal with 12..Qb4 followed by 13. Qc2 and then black playing Qc5 on his move 13?

Please show a game where your opponent did not just randomly drop the exchange or their queen before debating whether the french defense is a good opening...

I don't mean French defense is a good opening for any players. Some may say it's boring, bad, unsound, etc.
But in general, it is one of strong defenses for Black. There are so many defenses, so why must a player use French? Go for Sicilian, Ruy Lopez, Scotch, etc.
Nonetheless, at a point an 1. e4 white player must prepare to play an opening like French.
In the game, it is a blitz game. So my opponent may have overlooked that his queen is threatened. Fair enough, players make mistakes. There is only 1 exchange before move no. 19. So all 15 pieces are still on the board.
At a point before move no. 19, I spent about 2 minutes to analyze the board position, the find the strength and weakness of mine and his. Then I decided that my light bishop could attack his queen. You can follow the development of my light bishop which play major part in this game. So his queen moved to a dark square. I still had a complete set of bishops. And he must have thought he threatened checkmate without knowing his queen was underattack.
Well, it's just a game. Nonetheless, it's satisfying to have a game like this. Cheers.
Viktor, a natural segue from the French is the Sicilian Taimanov. They share many strategic ideas, even how to deal with the light-squared Bishop!
So if you want to expand your repertoire from the French, perhaps look to the Taimanov lines.
My own problems with the French are that they don't offer Black enough winning chances against strong opponents in Swiss tournaments. And in correspondence chess, white always gets a nice comfortable game and can make Black suffer for many moves.
That isn't always the case in the Sicilian, where I have found lines that equalize very quickly in correspondence. The only way for white to make Black suffer in the Sicilian, even in correspondence, is by taking chances. This mostly involves sacrificing structure in return for an attack. This is why in the Sicilian, Black often wins in the endgame.
