Excuse me but I don't understand how this game could be related to a "fried liver". Can you try an explanation, please

This opening (up to move 6) is known as the Fried Liver Attack.

Its called "Fried Liver" because the man who named it was eating fried liver at the time.

I'm under the impression that 6. d4 is stronger than 6. Nxf7, though.

steinitz_attack

the best against the Fried liver attack is the Traxler  ! Cool

Could you perhaps show me a game as an example?

Tkx for the explanation. I'd never heard that name before. Outside englishspeaking chess people I found they call it Ataco Fegatello which, in italian, comes from Fegato (liver)

The best way to defeat the fried liver attack is the phenolomorphin variation.

hmm i like the results but to me it seems like a bit of a gamble once the fried liver has much more stable results
