Lots of questions...
"Does Fritz 12 give you analysis of the best move in each position?"
Yes it can certainly do that. You can analyze any position you wish, And Fritz will list what it evaluates as the best move for the given position.
"Can you store games in the software? If so, up to how many?"
Absolutely! You can create databases with Fritz and store your games in them. How many? Millions, at least.
"It would be very helpful if you tell me all the features of Fritz 12, not just new ones added on to the old ones" Good luck with that! Fritz has way too many features to list here. You should search Google for Steve Lopez Chess Cafe articles. He has lots of great info about Fritz.
"Is there a better chess engine in your opinion better than Fritz 12?"
Yes there are better engines available (Houdini, Stockfish, etc...), but Fritz is a wonderful GUI to use. Just download any number of free engines and install them in Fritz.
"How much is the price in general?"
I see you are in the US. Do you have an Office Max near you? You can pick up Fritz 12 for $20 there, or just buy it from Amazon here:

It would be very helpful if you tell me all the features of Fritz 12, not just new ones added on to the old ones. Is there a better chess engine in your opinion better than Fritz 12? How much is the price in general? On Amazon, it's about $48.
I'm thinking of buying it.
