Fritz 13 User Agreement

Does anyone know if the Fritz 13 Users Agreement allows me to install it on two different computers (one desktop, one laptop)?  Or would I have to buy two separate copies of the program?

I have tried to find a copy of the users agreement on line but have so far failed.

You can install on up to 3 computers.
