Fritz 15 and chess base

I purchase Fritz 15, it was a big disappointment.  It very difficult to use, and even download.  It also doesn't provide good instructions.  Any body has any opinions about it, I'd like to hear them,  Thanks

I've had to load this program repeatedly into my computer.  It has never updated, Chess base has not accepted Windows 10, although the Fritz 15, just came out it still uses an earlier edition of windows.  If you're not an expert at Windows it tough using the program.  Chess Base or Fritz does not provide instructions or videos for this edition.  You have to search the web.  There a 400-page e-book, that is very vague on using the program.  The data base is very difficult to navigate.  To put it plainly the program is a "pain in the ass."  With all this, there are some really great features to it.  Just beware if you buy it you're going to read the complete e-book, and constantly refer to it.  Simply put the program is not user-friendly.
