fritz 18, missing sparing option

hello, forum,
My name is Atiba, I bought free Fritz 18, however on install i only got up to fritz 11 engine.
My chessbase reader is 2017
My menu bar does not have the sparring option. Chatopen ai, said i should reinstall.
am I missing updates. chessbase support has been slow to respond. thanks guys
