I've had Fritz Chess 20 since Christmas 2025. I recently Updated Fritz from update 8 to update 12 on 2 of my computers, the 3rd, I won't. Yet. It seems as though I've lost a good chunk of my Board sounds. I've tried everything that I could find. Reaching out to ChessBase hasn't yielded any results. I've contacted them 3x and there're suppose to get back with me. That hasn't happened. Yet. Has anyone experenced this sound issue ? Is there a solution to this. The best advise I've heard is to wait for update 13. I would appreciate ChessBase responding to me in the meantime. thanx Jerry (jsem321)
