Fritz13 Help!

I'm new to Chess.com (YEA ME!!!). So have a little mercy on me guys for asking a noob question. I want to become a grandmaster as fast as possible. So I need to know all the different ways to cheat and (hopefully) not get caught. Advice?

*I bought Fritz 13 with end game tables

MrEdCollins

How will knowing how to cheat further your progress to become a grandmaster?  That part I don't understand.

Nulln

Mr. Collins, I am already an expert at in person chess. However, It will take too long to rebuild my rating if I am defeated. Therefore, I do not want to risk a loss to losers who cheat. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to win in an extremely competitive world.

We've got a stand-up comedian in here. Undecided

MrEdCollins

Okay, let me see if I've got this straight.

You have a USCF OTB rating between 2000 and 2200, making you an Expert.

Your goal is to be a Grandmaster someday.

You expect your opponents will cheat and win games against you dishonestly, here at chess.com, I assume.

If you lose games here at Chess.com, your rating will go down.  It will go down so much that it will take too long to rebuild it, and you have no intention of letting that happen.

Your rating is important to you, even if it was obtained dishonestly.  Thus, you will do whatever it takes, even to resort to cheating yourself, to make sure that doesn't happen.

You want to know ALL the different ways one can cheat so that can use these methods against others.  You hope you don't get caught.

Have I got all that right?  Am I missing anything?

Nulln

Well, I don't have a high USCF rating yet. I don't really like to play rated OTB games much because they take too much time. But I almost never lose my OTB games. Since I don't have time to play a lot of different games, I need a stragety to prove my skill online as quickly and efficiently as is theoretically possible. Thus, I need advice for maximizing the effectiveness of the Fritz 13 chess AI against human players to give me that very slight edge that virtually guarantees a win.

Sorry if this request offends anyone but I am competitive like a trained pitbull! Cool

Why don't you ask the staff? They've got tons of experience dealing with this sort of thing, I'm pretty sure they'll "help you out".

Nulln

I've already discussed the possibility of getting help from a site moderator with a staff member. I've been informed that their official methods for detecting cheating shall remain confidential. For that reason, your personal experiences and analyses will undoubtedly prove invaluable to me in the pursuit of my goals.

Forget Fritz. The fastest way to become a grandmaster is to legally change your name to "Grandmaster N". (Remember Bud Bundy?)

Nulin, What a strange idea and yet you are asking openly? Assuming you achieve that, won't people know it is fritz and not you who got the rating since you talk about this openly?

JG27Pyth

Can't help you with the chess but I suggest you take more care with your trolls in the future. This was not your best effort. Believe in yourself. You can do better.  C-

First of all, your rating/performance on chess.com is meaningless when it comes to becoming a GM.

I think perfect games according to Fritz will be a give away.  I played someone, and the analysis Fritz gave was that they played perfectly.  I suspected they were cheating when their moves took about 10 secons each.  Looking at their profile, I saw something like 1,000 loses and 10,000+ wins.  They completely trashed me, like I was a noob and they were a GM, even though their rating was lower.  So I played a few games, throwing obvious moves at them, and it was always a constant time, and was able to reproduce two of our games.  I reported them, and included details about Fritz saying they played perfectly.   They're still on chess.com, though.  My guess is that since they lose against people who are rated around 900, the staff doesn't think they're cheating.  I'm betting that these are games they actually played without the engine and suck from cheating so much and lose, or they lose on purpose so they won't have a super high win ratio.

right...

We could of course all loose from you, so you can become easy and swiftly grandmaster. Perhaps you can pay us all to do so. Seems reasonable. Just spoke to Magnus and Kasparov and they are willing to loose à game on the condition that US reopens trade with Cuba because fidel's brother is organising à tournament with extremely nice

Prizes.

Anyway, good to see that you are as ambitious as the rest of us......

File => Save => Save Position

The Position's image is made e.g. on the desktop.

But the image don't appear on the desktop with Windows8.1

How do I get a position's image with Windows8.1?

I can get a position's image by print screen and image editing. However it takes quite a while to make a lot of position's images.

Wow, was my quote really two years ago? It only seems like a few months. My, how time flies!
