This dude, Petrosian, insulted Wesely So after he (Petrosian) was banned for cheating on chess.com. Petrosian told So:

A few months before that some other Armenian GMs were banned or something.
I don't know him personally, but I think everyone shouldn't be suffered because of some people. Every country has it's cheaters. ChessMood's creator is Avetik Grigoryan and I'm sure that he and his team (also GM Gabuzyan who made this article) are fair in their work.
