Are there any chess programs or document (website or pdf), what include full opening book (every main line theory moves)? Almost every time books are limited, only few moves or not include every known opening.
chess.com opening explorer include pretty much every moves and move variants, but I want to know all main line theory moves in both sides and opening names (+bonus; opening eco code).

Try to find NCO Nunn's Chess Openings at a library or used at the web. It hold most pre-engine theory.
