This is just a one trick lol, if you get caught you just lose xD

I normally won't premove anything in the opening like this one, I only premove the whole opening in exchange French because it is so closed. But I met some people playing literally Bb5 on move 2 after I played e6 against d4 the one time, and yeah, the rest is obvious...

well as you improve more in bullet you just get the "general sense" or feeling that when your opponent is moving fast you can take advantage and go for some fun tricks

Psychology at the higher levels, where premoves are occurring often.

It appears like the opponent has premoved a few moves at one go, since the castling is still played even after the loss of the queen.
