Rapid game OTB at local club. Main point to take away is be mindful of how a move can waste tempi down the line. Also to try to create outposts for Knights up the board as a strategic idea. Also don't be passive. Anyway, enjoy.

how about 21.....Nxf5 -- getting rid of that advanced Knight ? If 22 Rxd7, Nxe3 looks fine for Black or 22 exf, then .....Nc5 or ....Nb6. If White gets inventive with 22 B-a7 ? then 22......N-d6 with material edge.

Yeah, swapping a bad Knight for a good is pretty obvious in hindsight. Maybe I was afraid the following exf5 and then a Kingside pawn advance, but that will take time, and blocks the Queen. This is just a poor game from myself.
