Game abandon

i played my last game and I had 25 min on clock in a 30 min game.  My opponent stopped moving for over 10 minutes and only had 11 minutes left.  How is it that I lost due to abandon game?

Would you believe you were disconnected the entire time when you thought your opponent wasn't moving?

It happens a lot to me as well. But I’m not disconnected!

You play bullet, not rapid. Your disconnects are hopefully briefer than 10 minutes.

If you are playing, you would have to refresh your window or leave the game to make sure you are still connected.
