How did my opponent go from 1 minute to a full day after using all her vacation time to evade losing? Is there a glitch with the timer?
This is a daily game. Opponent plays blitz and bullet regularly and started playing daily again.
Clearly this is abuse of vacation time, but how can the clock reset? I reported her for stalling when it initially happened, but got no action from Chess dot com, and now I’m being cheated as far as I can tell.

I’ve had problems with a vacation abuser, but don’t I get a win when my opponent uses up all her vacation time and abandons the game? My next move is checkmate.
She plays blitz and bullet, and even played some daily games recently, so I thought my month of waiting would finally end and I could be credited with a win. Instead, my opponent appears to be stuck on 1 minute, and I’m SOL.
What gives?
