game aborted mid game?

This could be chess.com's servers restarting though

Yep, there was a scheduled live server restart.

My game just aborted for no reason. Very annoying. I was in a strong position too.

It's as though the game never happened.

Clearly chess.com hasn't got its act together. This happens to me almost every other night.

Just happened to me as well. playing in a league game 10/0 2hr league and the game aborted

Your most recent games were in an arena. When the arena ends all ongoing games from the arena are aborted.

This just happened to me while I was in a completely winning position I'm so upset

Just had the same. I was up, and the opponent did what is often common - they cut their connection and it started the game aborted count down, then all of a sudden the game was aborted for both players!!
