The only reason I can give is that that you have weak WIFI or chess.com reseted when your game was on

My game just aborted for no reason. Very annoying. I was in a strong position too.
It's as though the game never happened.

Your most recent games were in an arena. When the arena ends all ongoing games from the arena are aborted.
