Then you had likely been disconnected and when it reconnected, your loss and opponent's move was shown.

It happen about 3 seconds after my opponent moved and i was able to start a new game right away. I have been playing ten or more games a day been disconnected many times i can see the clock counting down the disconention clock. Did not happen. Try again

If you get counted as abandoned, it was due to a disconnect, regardless if your client registered that disconnect or not.
