Game doesn't get started after searching in the mobile app?

My Internet Connection is fine but when I go to play now the server just keeps searching and the game doesn't start.. any clue why?

Your last 5 games were lost to players rated hundreds of points higher than you.
Setting up a seek for that type of game can result in very long waits.
