Repetition draws (as well as draws by the 50-move rule) must be claimed; they are not automatic. To claim them on this site, press the Draw (or Claim Draw) button at the appropriate time.
But I been on Live Chess some years ago and never knew about claim draw thing and still many games ended as draw by repetition. Here is a recent example: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=616938984 this is 5|0 game played at Oct7, 2013. Ended draw by repetition without claiming draw.

Maybe your opponent claimed the draw?
I had this game in Live Chess - 5/0 minutes game, and obviously it should have ended up as draw by repition. As you can see starting from 58th move to 91th move we play the same squence over and over again (Rg5+ Kh4 Rh5+ Kg4). If the white take my rook the game would end draw by stalemate, in the same time he can't stop me from checking his king. For this, we spent 67 moves check and escape check and escape.. Why Chess.com didn't decide to announce draw by repetition? For me it's clearly a bug.. Do you have anoter opinion?
