game freeze ? new cheating program

I was playing some guy and he was getting the best of me no doubt, but I was keeping him at bay but then the game froze and I couldn't move my piece. My clock was ticking. So I put up another browser and when i got back to the game my rook had been moved right next to his move...so he captured it and I resigned. I didn't make that rook move. Is there some new cheaters program out? 

It's a sad fact of life that older men often suffer from leaky rooks...

This happened to me twice today, including my last bullet game. I don't think it's cheating. I think they have major server issues. In my last game, I had plenty of time left, and both clocks were frozen. Then all of a sudden I was down to a few seconds. Then I lost. What sucks is, I have enough trouble as it is -- but the two games that froze on me, I would've won.
