W/L ratio also reflects my and Janko's rating difference. Janko is 600 in blitz and I'm 300. W/L for me is around 0.5, 600 * 0.5 = 300

That's not an accurate assessment. Just because you won two out of three games doesn't mean that it correlates to rating differences. What would stating that prove? Not trying to be offensive

When you mean rigged, do you mean people have been cheating. Because if so, there is a report button if you feel like they are cheating. Or do you mean people need to fix how the games work because I have no idea how it could be rigged. I had a friend who was my rating but she attended chess lessons and became 1000, NOT rigged.
