Proposed: an amateur useful move rating system. Instead of best to worst at whatever move depth how about move which leaves you with the most or least options to stay in relative material parity? I'm not trying to win a national championship. I just want my game to last. I will never use a move which requires 4 perfect forced moves to follow except b5 b6 b7 b8=Q. It seems like a less complicated engine calculation than Good and Excellent subjectively based on winning strategy.
