Game review After online game

hi all. I am new to chess, but I feel the game review After the game is not too helpful. for example, when I don't capture a piece it says that it is a mistake, but the reason why I don't capture that piece, it's because I would lose material in the move after. what do you think? is it because I am new so I don't really get it or do you see what I am saying and you have some suggestions?
