Game Speed

Maybe 14 day/move is more your speed? That gives you time to build a computer and program your own version of Deep Blue instead

It's called "Correspondence Chess". It used to be played(probably still is) by sending your move to your opponent via snail mail. The idea is that you have a bunch of time to consider moves and eliminate blunders. Rules differ between people, with some agreeing to use an engine to help analyze positions.

I need 3 days a move. Mostly because it is fairly simple way to learn chess, giving you enough time to avoid rushed moves, and time to decide which of dozens games I would want to play first. When (if) I will eliminate blunders, and start feeling comfortable when playing 1900+ opponents, I might consider moving down the timescale.
Have seen one of your 30 minutes games, 30 moves and still 25 minutes on the clock remaining?
Your opening game looks good.
