Game will not automatically draw

This is my first post here, if this is not the right place to post please let me know.

I just played this game http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=771945875 and there was no pawn movement after move 65. My openent didn't accept the draw offer and the game just went on until move 165 when I lost on time. Is there a way to force darw in such situations?

50 move rule applies, but you must click the offer draw button to claim it
