Kasparov is awesome and he knows it
Garry Kasparov on Garry Kasparov I
morphy was probably better than both of them as who else came up with opening principles? morphy(? i think and as well he didnt blunder)

I think Capablanca in his prime played more precise chess than any of the great players mentioned so far

Bought this today. Looking forward to reading it as Kasparov is my HERO!
hes my hero 2!
I thought Kramnik was the most accurate?
Capablanca and Kramnik were the players that followed Crafty at 12 ply closer than other World Champions according to one study, going by their title matches (Kramnik's loss against Anand not included). Maybe this says less about accuracy than about being very positional players since an engine at such a low ply often would evaluate tactically messy moves incorrectly. Crafty was 200 points weaker than Kasparov when the study was made, and Karpov was evaluated as playing better than Kasparov in their title matches even if he never won any of them. A study made today with a 500 points stronger engine would give a different result.
