Abuse and "The Limit "

Its not right that you should suffer abuse when playing chess online, someone has just had a go at me because he lost but he started half way through the match calling me a loser etc before anyone had the advantage, then when I won because of his mistake I must of been using an engine people should play with good grace or not at all

You did kind of ask for it, but if the response was really over the top you can report here. Include a screenshot so there's evidence, they don't keep records of chat in live chess.

V3 has a more immediate reporting mechanism, where you can "Report a bug" straight away: it takes a screen shot for you and you append notes.
However, both that and the link above are on the Chess.com web site: I'm not sure if the same mechanisms are there in the mobile apps. If not, you could suggest them via http://www.chess.com/forum/category/suggestions (you can also check there if it's been suggested already).

Yeah, but I have a bug that stops Report a Bug from working for me... 
I click the little ladybird and nothing happens.
