I have been playing chess for 2 months and played 400 games
But my rating is still 1128
Is it that bad or thats the normal rating
No one can tell you the answer to what is normal after two months and 400 games. Statistics just aren't that good.
However, your rating is already better than 78.5% of the players who play rapid time controls here, so it is certainly above average.
