i do tactics trainer till my eyes bleed; then i rewatch all the videos that were only 5 minutes pre- diamomd

i also do the lessons and drills (not sure if these are available with the other subs)

there really is a ton of material to sift through with the diamond

lessons and tactics are both great. i don't really think the videos are a good use of time.
