if he is sending hurtful and belittling messages, it is still inappropriate to shame another user publicly on a forum like this. Instead, you should dm a mod/staff like @abusereport, @kobrabytes, etc.
Reread the site rules that you probably didn't read when you joined. Its against the site rules to discuss cheating in the regular forums. You have a few choices:
1. Report block and move on.
2. Ignore it.
3. Let it consume you and post about it.
Also...learn how to properly use things like a CAPS score, and what it means at all levels.

Of course he doesn't understand the meaning of bullying. It just happens to be one of those hot button words that is popular right now. It as misused as people claiming "racism" when they aren't even using it in the correct context.

I know its a right of passage to complain about the next generation. But seriously? What is wrong with kids now??? I have never seen a generation that is so lost, so out of touch with reality, so easily controlled, so offended over everything. The level of mental, and or emotional immaturity is scary. It was a post on your thread about reporting another player for cheating but the thread had been locked because cheating is not a legitimate topic.
It is true, you are a complete whinger and constant reporter of anyone that gets more than 80% accuracy against you. The mods must get so tired of these requests.
