Bad sportsmanship

Dont let the small stuff give you angst, there is enough genuine BS in life to provide it. Just announced on BBC news, due to unseasonal weather in Spain affecting the harvest, British supermarket customers have been advised that purchases of Iceberg lettuces will be limited to 3 per customer. Concerning news, I was planning a caesar salad party for 25 people this evening.

hahah!  did you read this bit  The Co-op told the BBC it was not limiting purchases at the moment, but it was asking customers to "shop responsibly" I was just about to head out to binge buy Icebergs too.

Sweet I'll get myself to co-op before this s**t gets real.

This poor sportsmanship is   bad, but not nearly as bad as someone using iceberg lettuce to make a caesar salad.  Romaine lettuce is way better.

Our salad culture in the UK is sadly lacking Butters. In truth I haven't purchased a lettuce of any variety for a number of years.

"Somebody once told me the world is gonna roll me,
I ain't the sharpest tool in the sheeeeeeddddd"
Somebody (?) who could this "somebody" be? could it be evidence of a higher power, perhaps a scholarly individual, or maybe the conciousness of his own mind? It could show perhaps Mr. Smash Mouth's persuit of a "somebody" to always tell him of the hardships of life, or even his own insecurities telling him that whatever he does, the world is going to "roll him", aka, screw him over.
The word sharpest could mean either intellegence, and therefore his lack of intellect or insight, or it could mean the sharpness of a tool like a knife, meaning violence in a more negative connotation.

so his perhaps lack of sharpness in the world, lack of violence, lack of confidence, he is weak and according to the principles of Darwinism, the weaker are destroyed in a kill or be killed world. The "shed" therefore in this case represents the world humankind has developed for itself.

in the intellegence aspect, if he isn't the smartest, then he could be living in blind oblivion, and therefore our "higher power" theory could be his coping mechanism, when in actuality, the voice of the "somebody" he hears is actually his mental illness describing his decsent into himself as he slowly loses his grip on the very fabric of our universe.

More on this next week.

I think your profile pic constitutes meat and 2 veg scratching lol. I have just consumed a bacon butty on French stick with salted butter and ketchup along with a coffee with full fat milk and sugar. Fit.

From what I have heard,  what the UK lacks in salad, they more than make up for by having an endless variety of flavored potato chips.  In the US,  most places only have BBQ and onion flavored.
