It's not displayed because apparently you either didn't submit title proof or you did and it wasn't accurate. Other option is that they haven't seen it yet, but I don't think that's it. Based on your ratings, there is one other final option

Mods don't do it, staff do. And if you don't submit valid documentation, you won't get a title. No NM titled player would have the rating you have here either

You can get a title on chess.com if you have one based on real OTB tournament play. If you have one OTB, you would be able to submit valid information on your titled verification submission documents. If you have one OTB, you would not be as low rated as you are.

Nope, you just have to earn it in OTB tournaments (for instance the FM title is given to people who get a 2300 FIDE rating)
