Chess.com doesn't ban ANYONE on the basis of CAPS accuracy score. They have very specific software tools for detecting cheaters. If you didn't cheat, don't give the matter a thought.
I routinely get over 90% CAPS, and 50% of the time it's 98% or more, and I've never been concerned on that score.
I don't think that you can get banned for that, for example most people that get banned for cheating usually consistently get 99 accuracy so I don't think they will ban you if your accuracy is all over the place.
