Yes, a party does seem to fit the bill. The first annual
"Celebration of Active Rooks"
Tickets are $100 at the door and come with a year of diamond.
If you can't attend live, you can have a password protected private forum or we can just use the groups function and create a Celebration of Active Rooks group.
Just need to have played at least one game this month and/or 5 within the last 6 months to qualify as active.
Okay, that's my contribution to get the ball rolling.
I will also either pay to have a professional press release written and distributed or will do it myself in addition to what the site does officially once all the other ideas are submitted here and all details agreed upon, officially approved and confirmed.
If it turns out everyone or the powers that be think the idea is terrible, then I will throw my own secret celebration under an assumed name and invite interested parties.

Now it's November 7th and we have 13,045,636 members.
At the current rate of accumulation, we'll reach 14 million by April 1st.
This is so popular site because chess.com comes first when you do Google search "chess". And I guess the accelerating is accelerating so accelerating is exponential.

Well, I translate the words I dont know. My ear says guite a lot when the grammar is guite right but there is lots of words of course I don't know what they mean but Google does. And before posting I copy/paste the post and translate it to finnish to see if the other words are correctly written.

I was just thinking of my April 1 prediction. OOooh, I'm on edge just waiting another hundred-some days.
Today it says:

I believe 80% of these "members" are duplicate or inactive accounts, then the actual number of members is about 2,000,000 or less.
We only have 10 million members. 3 million are female zombie midgets from "The Twilight Zone"
