While the video is playing on Youtube, right click on it. A menu appears. Click on "Copy embed code".
Now go to your blog post. Click on the "Insert/edit media" icon on the toolbar at the top. Click on the "embed" tab in the box that comes up. Then hit control v (command v on a mac) and the embed code will be copied in. Click "OK" and the video will appear in your blog post.
