Whenever a player decline a rematch they always run. It's never that they just don't want to play you again. Probably an engine cheat as well.

shootuuuNdu, no one said anyone had a “right“ to a second game, but they certainly have a right to request a rematch, which is why the rematch button appears at the end of every game. It’s encouraged by Chess.com. And people have a right to decline.
