it has been a year i am stuc at 1549 standart FIDE rating,

how can i get better?

i am 14..i spend usually 1 hours tactics per day..

Less bullet and blitz, more rapid/longer games where you can actually think, instead of brief calculations based on feeling and as incomplete understanding of the position.
