Where online chess is concerned, the bullet rating is the MOST meaningful because there isn't enough time for people to cheat by relaying the moves back and forth from a chess program, like you do to pad your fake little blitz rating. Do you think you're impressing anyone? Your low weak bullet rating that you obtained when you were forced to make all of the moves using your own mind says everything we need to know about you and your real level of chess!
Do you know how much effort it would take to cheat in 3min blitz? To have a phone or something in one hand and click on the computer? And play the moves normally so you don't get caught?

Like I said, your low bullet rating tells us everything we need to know about you. In bullet you don't have enough time to relay the moves back and forth from an engine.
I'd be the last person people would complain to about cheating. They'd complain about me not resigning and going on to flag them in a long endgame! My bullet rating may be low, but that's because I played on my phone during school at the worst possible time. Anyhow, I have a peak bullet rating of 2250, which isn't high, but is quite close to my blitz peak, eh?
And if I was cheating, then that would be very silly... how on earth do cheaters spend 1 minute on a 3min game? True will never die! Liers will be kicked off...
