My last game repeated 3 times and no draw was declared. I even pushed draw myself and nothing.

You have to push the draw button when the position is repeated the third time or no exit.
I pressed it when my opponent moved his King. So I should have pressed it on my move?

I assume this was the game:
It looks like it should have been a draw after 59 Rh7+ or 59..Kg2.
I would write to support@chess.com to see what they say. Include the game link and the moment you claimed a draw.

You could claim it and get it at moves 58 and 59, but not after 60.Kc7 was played.

I believe the system will do it automatically with 3-move repetition, there is no need to push the draw button, i've been there few times. Draw button is pushed when you are offering a draw on a seemingly equal game and your opponent may decide if he accepts or not. Maybe some bug on the system so yeah you could ask chess.com support on this
