Is there some way that I can give my opponent more time when we’re playing a closely contested, interesting game but my opponent is running out of time?

Only if you are playing with friends,you can add 15 seconds

can you tell me how you can do it ? my friend explain it but i can't thind the clock symbol near the resign like he tell me. Thanks
