Teamwillow is correct to a degree that the wgm title requires less chess playing strength than the GM title. However, he's still a moron since he doesn't seem to know that the wgm title still indicates a fairly high degree of acheivement and is certainly not handed out for class level play.
The WGM title isn't what the discussion is about though. It's the GM title the 22 listed women, among them Judit Polgar, have received.
