So there are a few people especially content creators who have like a small link for taking membership for example @GothamChess or Levy Rozman has a link like go.chess.com/Gotham

I am confused by all those links can anyone please explain????

It is a link to take the premium membership but does it support the content creator whose from link we take the membership with?

yeah exactly what @Martin_Stahl wrote, it is an affiliate program.
If anyone buys chess.com membership using the link provided by the content creator, he/she gets a small fee from chess.com. 
It helps us to support the content creators, for free (not technically).
