Good middlegame and pawn structure

hey guys,i normally get into this position but I do not know how to get into a good position from here e.g good pawn structure and it really costs me!I need help guys on how to advance from here!!

That's the Four Knights Game. You can look that up on any online chess database.
First, I wouldn't play 4. Bc4 because Black can do the Fork Trick to you: 4...Nxe4 5. Nxe4 d5, which comes out materially equal but positionally slightly weak for White.
Best is 4. Bb5, the Spanish variation. 4. d4 is also acceptable, but probably drawish. Usually fianchettoing in a double e-pawn opening is weak for the side doing the fianchettoing, so preferably avoid that.
The first real goal of both sides is to play P-Q4, but usually White can do so first (d4), and Black usually has to content himself with ...d6 for a while. In many lines White must also content himself with d3 for a while, until he's castled.
As a sweeping generalization, after 4. Bb5 and often followed with 4...Bb4, typically one side or the other (or both) ends up making an exchange of BxN, in which case the side capturing should capture with the d-pawn, not the b-pawn. Sometimes capturing with the b-pawn is best, though. In that case, commonly both sides get doubled c-pawns and an open b-file where they align their rooks, often to undouble their c-pawns.
Don't get your f-pawns doubled or else you're likely to die quickly when playing somebody who knows the opening well. With doubled c-pawns it turns into a fairly boring endgame with only rooks and pawns, with the rooks mopping up each others' pawns. Just don't let your opponent get an *outside* passed pawn (especially an unopposed a-pawn), play aggressively by grabbing pawns instead of trying to protect your own pawns, and you should be fine, then the game should drift into a draw.
It's not wise to play P-R3 if there's no bishop to kick, as in your last diagram, unless you know it's a book move at that position, since that move tends to turn into a lost tempo. Watch out about stealing White's e-pawn via ...Nxe4 or ...Qxe4 as Black before castling, since Re1 can pin your piece against your uncastled king.
That's how I see that position, in a nutshell.
