Good ratio for puzzles/training to playing.

I've heard 50/50 is good, I was wondering what others find useful. I always do game analysis, so there is some learning there. I do puzzles on here and on Chesssable.

Thanks in advance.

Ratio isn't as important as quality of your work. If quality of you work is low...then your "training" is rather waste of time. Period.

Okay, thanks for that. What makes for optimum training? And given that training is at the optimum quality, is worth considering a ratio? If so, what would that be?

Thanks again.

2) The following article: https://nextlevelchess.blog/most-effective-chess-training/

Hope these help.
