Gotten same tactic 4 times, fair?

If you look in my tactics history, the past two tactics were the same, and the last one in my record is it too. Not too mention the first time I got it and actually had to solve. Do you think they should fix this so you can't get repeat tactics, or do you think if you can remember the problem and answer you deserve to get a few easy points? It seems I've gotten repeat tactics a bunch recently. (Btw, I didn't get any of them twice in the same session, so I'm interested if anyone has gotten one twice in one session)

I think that is simply because you played TT waay too frequently, and you don't improve much.

Or maybe bcos your rating is among the world's highest?

I do think TT avoids us to get two same tactics in the same session, unless you intentionally repeatedly change your puzzle (by refreshing).
