So I'm playing my grandad at chess soon, obviously this is a monumental challenge as all chess grandads are GM's (Grandad Masters), just asking for any tips or advice?

I think you might have underestimated how good he was/is. I've seen him play a couple of times and he smokes everyone at our local club (I don't go because back then I didn't play(
