All the people guessing 600 and 800 (let alone 1200) are WAY TOO HIGH.
Both players in this game make what are in essence random moves. Their attention to the simplest maxims of novice-level chess, such as keeping your own pieces and taking your opponent's pieces when possible, is so minimal that it's legitimate to ask whether they even know the rules of piece movement.
REMEMBER: THIS GAME MIGHT HAVE BEEN PLAYED ONLINE RATHER THAN ON A BOARD. AND ONLINE CHESS PLATFORMS DON'T ALLOW ILLEGAL MOVES. Which means, if you don't know how pieces can move legally, you can just move a piece to randomly chosen squares until the platform's algorithm allows one of them... in essence, letting chessdotcom or lichess actually choose moves for you.
I think there's a good chance that is how this game was played. Both players might have never played a game in their life, and received a single 30-minute "lesson" in the rules of piece movement. Then they played their first game ever, and this was it.
