Ah yes, sorry, didn't pay attention.
And you're right 10.a3 makes more sense : bagging the bishop-pair.

It's the piece sacrifice line in the Steinitz French. I don't remember the 13th move... I think I used to play 13...b5.
I ignored this thread for awhile until I realized this is what it would be, fun posts :) I don't recognize the last one, it does look like some kind of french.

Interesting position, does theory say who's supposed to be better? I can't quite say who I'd rather be but I'm leaning toward white.
Heh, well maybe some weird variation I've never seen :p
Yeah it reminds me of a pirc then, not a KID. I'm not sure because white's e and f for black's d and e pawns is not familiar to me.
Scandinavian ?
1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nc3 Qa5 4.d4 Nf6 5.Nf3 c6 6.Bc4 e6 7.Bd2 Bf5 8.Qe2 Nbd7 9.0-0-0 Bb4 and now maybe 10.Kb1 ?
Yes, my diagram was wrong but you still got it haha :D Bf5 should be played before e6 tho obviously.
Edit: a3 is more common btw.
