Tip: you play london system which is very good I am also a london system player so your opening is good I will recommend u to watch Gothamchess london system video. Don't try to sacrifice pieces at your level without any game plan and don't resign even if u blunder a queen till 1000 elo at least
Play the right london system. London system is not only about setting up the position but it come with a middle game plan

Rg8 is to avoid Nxf7 which would be a fork, although obviously there are way better ways to do that..
And 7. Ke6 is illegal but I think you meant Ke7, which is forced because it is the only legal move in the position.

Black did play Ke6 on move 7, which is pretty impressive if the move is illegal. Or maybe you just didn't even bother to read which move I was talking about.
